Introduction to Cydia :
Cydia is to a jailbroken iOS device what the App Store is to a stock iOS device. To put it in simple words, Cydia is a store from where you can download jailbreak tweaks, apps, themes, etc. There are free as well as paid tweaks and most of them are worth spending your money on.
Quick Tip to Download Cydia App :
So if you don’t have Cydia on your iOS device, first install using this tutorial [iOS 7] [iOS 8] [iOS 9]. Once installed, launch Cydia. It will load up and update the Cydia repos. It may take a little while depending on the network speed.
Useful lines:
Latest Features in Cydia :1. Downgrade Packages : Cydia tweaks get updated from time to time. However, sometimes a new version of a tweak might be buggy, and if you updated to the new version, you would have to live with it until the bug was resolved in the next update. However, now Cydia provides support for downgrading the packages, so that you can go to the previous version of the tweak if the latest version is full of bugs. However, you can only downgrade to the previous version and not the earlier versions.
2. TweakHub : This new feature makes a list of the apps and tweaks installed in your iOS device and then suggests new tweaks and apps accordingly. This helps you to discover more awesome tweaks. It works automatically and does not require you to enter any data.
3. Clearing Cache No Longer Kills Cydia: A few users had reported that if they exhausted the disk space on their iOS device, iOS would automatically clear the cache and this would cause Cydia to be killed abruptly. But that issue has been fixed now and Cydia is no longer killed even if the cache is cleared.
Some of the Best Cydia Tweaks :1. Force Touch Activator :
You might have heard about the 3D Touch aka Force Touch technology in the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. It allows you to perform more gestures by applying different amount of pressure on the screen. Even though it requires a pressure-sensitive screen which is not present in the previous iOS devices, the Force Touch Activator tweak does imitate it to some extent.
2. BetterShutdown :
What happens when you press down the Power button on your iPhone ? You get the Slide to Power Off option. And there are no other options in the almost non-existent power menu. But thanks to the BetterShutdown tweak, it adds a power menu with reboot, respring, safe mode, and power off options.
3. Multiplexer :
This is the ultimate multitasking tweak. Multiplexer is made up of six major multi-tasking modes that offer seamless switching through apps. There are options like a split-screen type mode, multiple desktop mode, etc.

Go to CLICK HERE
Go to CLICK HERE

MORE TWEAKS
Messages on Steroids:
Apple revamped the Messages app and added some cool features like audio messages, self-destructing attachments and more. However, I still miss jailbreak tweaks like biteSMS, that offer features like Quick Compose, scheduled messages, delivery reports, signatures etc. that are not available in the native app.
Enhanced Lock Screen:
While iOS 8 added widgets, they’re placed inside the Notification Center, and we hope that tweaks will let you move them from the Notification Center to the lock screen. We’ve already seen plenty of Lock screen tweaks like IntelliScreenX and LockInfo for iOS 7.
Extend Control Center
With Control Center, we can only turn on or turn off 5 system toggles and 4 apps/features. CCToggles fixes this by allowing you to customize Control Center by allowing you to add extra toggles in the top row, and extra quick app launch icons in the bottom row.
For The Power User:
Activator transforms iOS into a mobile operating system for the power user. It allows you to invoke actions using shortcuts from anywhere in the iOS. You would be surprised by the number of shortcuts you can use such as double tap on the status bar, triple tap the Home button, double press the sleep button to trigger stock actions or launch an app or go to the Settings toggle. It offers almost limitless shortcuts to make it easier to use your iOS device.
Tethering:
Instead of paying a monthly fee to your carrier, jailbreak apps like PdaNet and MyWi, allow you to tether your laptop to your iPhone’s data connection for a one-time fee.
However, please remember that this can get you into trouble with your carrier so try this with caution.
Find My iPhone+:
Apple has made Find My iPhone more fool proof by adding Activation Lock, however it still does not offer features offered by jailbreak tweaks such as iCaughtU and iGotYa that take a photograph of the person who enters the wrong passcode using the front camera and PowerGuard, which prevents someone from turning off your device, makes it a lot more fool proof. There have been several instances it has helped catch a thief who is oblivious of such hacks.
